This Return and Refund Policy governs the return of products purchased through the OLYMPUS Italia e-commerce site, in accordance with current legislation on e-commerce and consumer protection.
1. Scope of Application
This policy applies to products purchased online through the website www.olympus-italia.com.
Given the technical and professional nature of the products marketed (building materials, structural reinforcements, resins, composites, mortars, FRP/FRCM/CRM systems, and related products), some categories may be subject to specific return restrictions.
2. Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 ("Consumer Code"), consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of delivery of the product without having to provide a reason.

3. Conditions for Accepting Returns

the return is made within 14 calendar days of receiving the product.
OLYMPUS reserves the right to refuse returns for products that are:
mixed;
used, even partially used;
deteriorated;

4. Products Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to Article 59 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
customized or made-to-order products;
sealed products opened after delivery and no longer suitable for sale;

5. Return Procedure
Before shipping the goods, the customer must await written authorization from OLYMPUS.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer except for:
shipping error attributable to OLYMPUS;
damaged product;
defective or non-compliant product.
The customer is responsible for properly shipping the return until it is received at the OLYMPUS warehouse.
6. Inspection of Returned Material
Once the product is received, OLYMPUS will inspect the material for technical and quality reasons within approximately 5-10 business days.
If the inspection is successful:
a refund will be issued;
or a credit note;
or a replacement.
If the inspection is unsuccessful, the product may be returned to the customer at their expense.
7. Refund
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.
The refund will be made within 14 days of approval of the return.
OLYMPUS may withhold the refund until the goods are received or the customer provides proof of shipment.
8. Damaged or Non-Conforming Products
Any anomalies, damage, or non-conformities must be reported within 48 hours of delivery by sending:
photographs of the material;
images of the packaging;
description of the problem;
order number.

9. Returns from Professional Customers (B2B)
For purchases made by companies, professionals, or economic operators with VAT numbers, returns are not an automatic right but may be assessed on a case-by-case basis by OLYMPUS.
Any authorized returns may be subject to:

management costs;
reduction in product value;
exclusion of specifically ordered products.

11. Competent Court
