Seismic improvement and restoration of the Maresca Castle in Serracapriola
Maresca Castle in Serracapriola, located in the province of Foggia, is a historic fortification dating back to the year 1000, still owned by the Maresca family. The manor is known for its Byzantine star tower and for having been, over the centuries, home to various noble families, such as the d'Avalos and the Sforza, before passing to the Dukes of Serracapriola. The seismic improvement intervention of the castle was carried out with mortars from the OPUS COMPOSITUM line and CRM and FRCM consolidation systems from the OLYMPUS STONE line.
