REINFORCEMENT OF VAULTS WITH CRM REINFORCED PLASTER
The reinforced plaster systems CRM (Composite Reinforced Mortar) represents the modern evolution of the traditional reinforced plaster method. In recent decades, the technique of reinforcing load-bearing masonry structures using reinforced plaster made of fine-grained concrete, often cement-based, reinforced with electro-welded steel mesh, has become widespread. Over the years, this technique has shown its limitations and has often proven damaging to the existing structure. With the new CRM reinforced plaster systems from the Olympus STONE It is possible to carry out interventions compatible with masonry and which do not present any particular critical issues. By definition, a CRM system has a thickness between 30 and 50 mm, net of any leveling of the substrate.
